What is it? 

The 7 minute workout app, is a scientifically developed workout program. It is easy and effective. Scientists selected twelve exercises. You’ll do the twelve exercises during 30 seconds, with a pause of 10 seconds.

Why is it cool? 

I think the 7 minutes app is cool because it’s easy, effective and it causes not much time. You can do it whenever you want!
